Job responsibilities may include, but aren't limited to:

  • Word processing, managing calendars, making meeting or event arrangements
  • Preparing travel itineraries, purchase orders, receipt scanning
  • Preparing reports, creating spreadsheets and performing data entry
  • Providing general office administrative support
  • Running various errands
  • Assisting with procurement and database management


  • Strong command of English
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Critical thinking skills


  • Experience in similar role
  • Telecommunications industry experience favourable but not required
  • Experience in project coordination, events, or documentation
