We are looking for a competent Executive Assistant to support the Management group in our company. You will be the one to organize and maintain the Executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks. The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.

Job responsibilities may include, but aren't limited to:

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Preparing travel itineraries, reports, creating spreadsheets, and performing data entry
  • Providing general office administrative support
  • Assisting with procurement and database management


  • Must be quick, pro-active, and with great time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent in MS Office and other computer applications
  • Outstanding English communication skills and negotiation abilities
  • Should be trustworthy and have analytical thinking skills
  • Able to think critically and make important decisions based on sound judgment


  • Degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar Administrative Role
  • In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures
  • Telecommunications industry experience favourable but not required
