We're currently building up our teams based in our Makati office. We're looking for talented, engaged and resourceful people to join our organisation to help build it and grow with it.

As an early staff member you will have the potential for massive growth as the business is on an incredible trajectory targeting 30% growth of month-on-month this quarter. With your work experience and great attitude you will be making a difference by helping us achieve our mission to accelerate internet in the Philippines. In the process you will learn more about the technology and will work in a super unique organisation which has foreign management but is servicing the Philippines market.

Benefits include full HMO, 1 dependent after 1 year, 80% of a 2nd dependent after another year. Regularisation review at 3 and 6 months and practical opportunities for increased responsibility and promotions as the team is constantly growing.

Job responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

  • Gather contact information, market data, qualifiers and other information from prospective clients
  • Conduct surveys, either in phone or in person, of prospect companies
  • Onsite promotions or setting up marketing booths when needed
  • Generate sales lead and follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential clients
  • Use the Internet and public documents for research
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients from the website leads ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
  • Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards
  • Process lead lists down the lead funnel ensuring the most qualified leads hit the Sales team
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Identify and clearly and concisely articulate business problems, recommend solutions and the resulting business implications
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities including profit and service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in similar role or dealing with varied levels of corporate management
  • Result-Oriented and has a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills and strong command of English
  • Established experience of exceeding sales targets and sales related achievements
  • Demonstrable experience in a complex environment requiring attention to detail and time management

We are looking to fill several roles. For this listing we would call for applications from:

  • Incredible fresh graduates who have an advanced understanding of telecommunications, sales, and marketing
  • Intermediate Sales people with 2-5 years experience who understand some of the above and have a proven capability to persuade and engage with business decision makers
  • Advanced and senior sales people with 5+ years who understand most of the above and can push and motivate teams to reach sales targets 

Preferred:

  • Telecommunications industry experience will be treated favourably but not required
  • Additional non-English languages will be treated favourably
  • Presentation skills, client management, negotiation, prospecting skills, creativity, and sales planning
  • Existing network within the business sector in Makati
