Benefits include full HMO, 1 dependent after 1 year, 80% of a 2nd dependent after another year. Regularisation review at 3 and 6 months and practical opportunities for increased responsibility and promotions as the team is constantly growing.

Job responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

  • Build relationships with key persons and decision makers in organizations, directly contact prospects, qualify and develop business from leads
  • Qualify and develop sales leads and execute on in-sales opportunities where they arise
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and mission
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities including profit and service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and execute actions related to these when needed
  • Supervise the performance and development of the members of the sales team to maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in similar role or dealing with similar decision makers
  • Result-Oriented and has a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills and strong command of English
  • Established experience of exceeding sales targets and sales related achievements
  • Demonstrable experience in a complex environment requiring attention to detail and time management
  • Advanced and senior sales people with 5+ years who understand most of the above and can push and motivate teams to reach sales targets 


  • Telecommunications industry experience will be treated favourably but not required
  • Additional non-English languages will be treated favourably
  • Presentation skills, client management, negotiation, prospecting skills, creativity, and sales planning
  • Existing network within the business sector in Cebu
